Terms and Conditions:

  • Your customer account will be created for you. To access your account for the first time, click on "Login" on the homepage and follow the prompts. 
  • You must use your company email address to use your gift card, receive the discount and checkout. 
  • If you cannot find your account, contact employeestore@sunrisebrands.com.
  • Prices may differ from prices in brand e-commerce stores. 
  • All prices are MSRP/permanent markdown price.
  • The Company Store does not follow the same promotional calendar as the ECOM stores and cannot offer temporary discounts to products. 
  • The Company Store does not offer the same discounts, prices changes or as brand e-commerce sites.
  • Prices are updated weekly to reflect permanent markdowns in the ECOM store sites. 

 

Shipping & Return Policy

      • We offer Flat Rate shipping on all orders for $10. 
      • We only offer returns. Please contact us at employeestore@sunrisebrands.com  with your order and item number to start your return. 
  • Returns only - we do not allow exchanges.

    Gift Card Policy: 

    • If you are an employee past your probation period, you are eligible for an Employee Gift Card, courtesy of Sunrise Brands. 
    • You will be gifted a $500 gift card to shop at the company store which can be used until December 15, 2023. 
    • Gift cards will be emailed to your work email address during the week of April 3, 2023.
    •  If you do not receive it by April 7, 2023:
      • Please check your junk/spam folder
      • The Gift Card will be sent from the Company store, please check your junk/spam folder.  If you still do not see it, please send an email to employeestore@sunrisebrands.com 
    • It is your responsibility to keep track of your gift card balance and gift card #
    • Enter the gift card number at checkout to apply your credit 
    • All 2023 orders must be placed by 12/15/23.   Note: This expiration cut off date is earlier than last year due to high shipping volume and business needs in Q4.  
    • Unused balances/cancellations will be forfeited and do not roll over into 2024, no exceptions.  
    • While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, there may be times when an item is canceled from your order due to business needs.  

     

    Frequently Asked Questions:

     

    Can I still shop on the regular ECOM sites with the employee discount code (for example: nydj.com, joie.com, equipmentfr.com)?

    Unfortunately, no.  We are only offering 60% off of products found on the company store (discount applied automatically on the company store).  

     

    Will markdown prices on regular ECOM sites reflect in the Company Store?

    Yes, we update prices weekly to match permanent markdowns on the regular ECOM stores. If you see a style that is permanently marked down on one of the regular sites, that price will be updated in the Company Store after about a week.   

     

    What if I don’t see a product or size I want on the company store site? 

    Products and inventory are refreshed on a regular basis based on current and active excess/ATS inventory.  If a product is not available on the company store, please check back soon. However, it cannot be purchased using your discount code and/or gift card.  

     

    I placed my order. How long will it take to ship?  

    Please note, customer orders are prioritized over employee orders at the warehouse.  Your order should ship within 1-3 weeks after you place it. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to be delivered depending on where you are located (shipping is out of Southern California).  You will receive an email once your order has shipped. 

     

    I placed an order for multiple items, and only received shipping confirmation for some of them. 

    Products are shipped from multiple locations, and may arrive in separate shipments.  Please allow time to receive your entire order before reaching out to the employee store team.  

     

    I see an item I want to purchase on the company store is a different price than on the public e-commerce site.  

    All prices on the company store are MSRP or the active price if marked down on the ECOM sites.  We do not maintain the same markdown cadence as the e-commerce stores, but we update prices weekly to reflect updated markdowns. 

     

    When am I eligible for the $500 gift card? 

    After 90 days of employment.  Once you have reached your 90 days, please send an email to employeestore@sunrisebrands.com to receive your gift card if you did not receive it already.
