Company Store Frequently Asked Questions: 

Can I still shop on the regular ECOM sites with the employee discount code (for example: nydj.com, joie.com, equipmentfr.com)?

Unfortunately, no.  We are only offering 60% off of products on the company store (discount applied automatically on the company store).

 

Do I need to create an account in the store to shop?

No. Your employee store account will be created for you using your work email address and you must login to your account to use your gift card, receive the employee discount and checkout. To access your account for the first time, click on "Login" on the homepage and follow the prompts. 

 

Will markdown prices on regular ECOM sites reflect in the Company Store?

Yes, we update prices weekly to match permanent markdowns on the regular ECOM stores. If you see a style that is permanently marked down on one of the regular sites, that price will be updated in the Company Store after about a week.   

 

What if the item I ordered doesn't fit or I don't like it? 

The Company Store accepts returns only. We do not offer exchanges. Please login to your customer account and follow the prompts. Once we review and approve the return, you will be issued an RA for the item and receive the label via email. 

 

Will I receive packaging or boxes to send back my items after my return is approved?

No. Please keep the original packaging that came with your order in case you need to return any items. You must take it to USPS asap and make sure you send back your returns it in a timely manner to ensure proper credit to your account.   

 

What if I don’t see a product or size I want on the company store site? 

Products and inventory are refreshed on a regular basis based on current and active excess/ATS inventory.  If a product is not available on the company store, please check back soon. However, it cannot be purchased using your discount code and/or gift card.  

 

I placed my order. How long will it take to ship?  

Please note, customer orders are prioritized over employee orders at the warehouse.  Your order should ship within 1-3 weeks after you place it.  Then, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be delivered depending on where you are located (shipping is out of Southern California).  You will receive an email once your order has shipped. 

 

My order includes multiple items, but I only received shipping confirmation for some of the products. 

Products are shipped from multiple locations, and may arrive in separate shipments.  Please allow time to receive your entire order before reaching out to the employee store team.  

 

I see an item I want to purchase on the company store is a different price than on the public e-commerce site.  

Prices on the company store are MSRP and reflect permanent mark downs similar to our e-commerce stores. Althought we do not maintain the same markdown cadence as the e-commerce stores, we try to keep pricing as close as possible. 

 

I can't fit my returns into one box, do you provide shipping boxes and can I print the return label twice and place it on 2 boxes?  

No, you cannot use the same return label on two separate packages. Please find a box that is able to fit all of the items you are returning. We are unable to generate a second return label for returns. 

 

When am I eligible for the $500 gift card? 

After 90 days of employment.  Once you have reached your 90 days, please send an email to employeestore@sunrisebrands.com to receive your gift card if you did not receive it already.

 

Are part-time employees eligible for a gift card? 

Yes, part-time employees will be eligible for a $250 gift card after 90 days of employment. Once you have reached your 90 days, please send an email to employeestore@sunrisebrands.com.
